At Red Frog Archery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't hit the mark, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
